Considering the current context, we would like to inform you of the measures taken by Videdressing in order to maintain our activity and especially to ensure our employees’ safety.
As you might understand, Videdressing’s operation will be modified.
1. Placing an order
Placing an order is still possible on Videdressing. However, since the sellers cannot ship their parcels, the order will act as a booking (subject to availability) and will be shipped once the situation is back to normal. As an intermediary, we would like to remind you that all the transactions are and remain secure.
2. Listing an item
Listing items will also be possible during this temporary situation. Quite the opposite, it could be a great opportunity to sort out your closet!

If an item is sold, please do not forget to confirm its availability as usual, in order to prevent the order from being automatically cancelled. Every order will act as a booking. Please do not take any automatic email into consideration: you do not have to ship the item within the usual 3 days and you can ship it once the situation is back to normal.
3. Orders that have already been shipped
If you’ve already shipped your item, don’t worry: every in-transit-parcel will be kept by the carriers and the postal services until reopening of the sites and will be delivered once the situation is back to normal.
4. Orders on hold
On March, 16, Mondial Relay decided to put their services on standby, until further notice. Consequently, this delivery method is temporarily unavailable.
3. Orders that have already been shipped
If you’ve already shipped your item, don’t worry: every in-transit-parcel will be kept by the carriers and the postal services until reopening of the sites and will be delivered once the situation is back to normal.

In order to ensure our employees’ safety, they all have been working from home since the beginning of March. However, we made sure that every parcel returned to Videdressing could be duly received and safely stored in our head office. We will take care of these orders as soon as possible. If your parcel has not been delivered to us yet, please note that the parcel might be kept by the carrier or the postal services until the situation allows the delivery.
8. Certificate of Conformity
Placing an order with the Certificate of Conformity will still be possible but the order will only act as a booking. No prepaid shipping label will be sent until further notice.
If the parcel has already been shipped by the seller but has not been delivered to us yet, it will be safely kept by the postal services or by the carrier the seller chose. If the parcel has already been delivered to us, don’t worry, it will also be safely stored in our head office.

Again, the parcels will be kept by the carriers and the postal services. They will be delivered once the situation allows it.
The buyer’s refund will be delayed but we will do our best to handle the order as soon as possible.
