You received your parcel but you want to return your item?
Nothing more easier, ask the return in 48h following the delivery (including working days and weekend).
Follow these steps:
- You have to go in the section My Purchases > My pending orders and clik on "I received item" then "Return my item". You have to give the reason of dissatisfaction.
- Once you asked your return, it will be checked by our services. We just check the deadlines.
- Once it's allowed, you will receive an email with the seller's address. You have now 48h to ship the parcel.
- Once the parcel is shipped, you will have to give the tracking number in My Purchases > Pending Orders.
- After receipt of the item, your seller has 7 days to confirm the receipt and refund you. Your seller didn't do it yet ? Videdressing will do it.
Every return has to be returned to the seller, except for a doubt on the authenticty.
Indeed, if you have a doubt on the authenticity, you have to return the item to Videdressing.
If it's certified as autentic, you will be refunded. However, if it's conterfeit or not conform, you will be full refunded.
How will I be refunded?
If the reason of dissatisfaction is "style/size doesn't fit", the initial shipment will be refunded to the seller because the item is conform to its description.
For every other reasons (except doubt on the authenticty), you will be refunded of the initial shipment provided that you give evidences of no confirmity to Customer Care (pictures).
