Your return has been returned and you have a complaint.
If you are in one of these situations:
- Your item is not in the same condition that when you sent it.
- Your item is damaged.
- Your item is not the one that you sent.
You have to open a claim without fail to our Customer Care by the form available on the Help page, joining:
- Pictures of the item while its shipment.
- Pictures of the item and its packing during receipt.
In case of complaint, we invite you to keep your delivery receipt.
While awaiting a return from us, we invite you to keep the item and its packing in the condition of the receipt.
