How are the request return going ?

When a buyer ask a return: 

  • Our team check that the return has been asked in the period of 48h of the money back guarantee.
  • If so, we give him your postal address that you filled in Edit my shop so that the item will  be returned to you.
  • Your buyer has 48h to give the tracking number. 
  • Inform us about the good receipt of the item in My Account > Pending Sales > "I received item".

Do not forget to confirm receipt of your item, it will be back on sale and your buyer refunded.
