You can exchange directly with your buyer and or seller when you have a question concerning the purchase, the delivery or the payement of the item.
Then, for exemple, you can advert him or delay on the delivery (do not forget to advert Customer support also), check with him his delivery address, ask him to finalise the sale, etc.
To do this:
- Go on your space My account.
- If you are the buyer, clik on "My orders". If you are the seller, click on "My sales".
- Click on "Contact my seller/buyer" on the item concerned.
- Ask your question in the space reserved to this then clik on "Send".
