The buyer of my item did not confirm receipt of the package. What should I do?

The buyer has to confirm the good receipt of the item bought within 48h after receipt (without counting the day of the receipt).


Without confirmation from the buyer or in the failure to notify the non receipt of the item, you can contact the Customer Service to ask the finalisation of your sale once the period of 48h is passed.

The customer service could proceed with the validation of the sale until at least 10 days according the shipment of the item.
