My seller didn't confirm the receipt of his item, how do I do ?

When you returned a parcel, the seller has to declare the receipt and the conformity in order that you can be refunded.

The seller has 7 days after delivery to confirm the receipt of return and process to refund.

You have the possibility to relaunch your seller by posting a comment on the product description or from the exchange space on your account: Purchase > My pending orders > My discussions with my seller.

Beyond this deadline and if item is delivered in the seller's department, the Customer Support could operate in the order.
