How do I get my refund ?

Your order doesn't fit you and you want to return the item? Don't delay, you have 48h after the delivery to ask a return.

After delivery, you have to ask a return. To do this, please refer to My orders and click on "I received item" then "Return item". 

As soon as you return request is done, you will have to tell the reason: 


  • Item condition (the condition is not the one described in the product information)
  • Incorrect description (description done by seller is incorrect)
  • Wrong item (you received an another item that the one ordered)
  • Defective item (item received is damaged, ripped)
  • The style/size doesn't fit (In the end, you are not satisfied with the item)
  • Doubt on the authenticity of the item ( suspicion of fake item)

- If your request is accepted, you will receive an e-mail for the reshipping of the item.

- Under a 48h deadline, send the item and put the tracking number to proove the reshipping.

If you selected the return reason "Doubt on the authenticity", the item will returned to the Videdressing offices. In lack of, items are returned directly to the sellers, whose sbmitted by mail by Videdressing.

If item is returned to Videdressing: the refund will be done after receipt and control of item. If item is returned to the seller: the refund will be done automatically after confirmation from seller in his My account space.


Warning, for the other reasons that "Style/size doesn't fit", supporting documents could be asked (pictures, details...).

For exemple, if the description of the composition of the item item is wong, a picture of the etiquette will be asked you.
